My unique blend is Vietnamese heritage with a wealth and breadth of multicultural upbringing in Switzerland. My family legacy featured multiple generations of board members whose leadership flowed through our daily rituals – which familiarized me with how to effectively address senior level executives concerns from an early age.
My professional business experiences were shaped by collaborations to resolve daily concerns of decision-makers like yourself.
I am a firm believer that consistent communication is important and sets us apart. When we treat each other with mindfulness and respect, we experience success, security and appreciation. As a mother of five children, I believe that passing on our values to the next generation is the foundation of harmonious coexistence, meaningful collaboration and a corporate culture that shapes the future.
As a Life and Business Master Coach trained by CertyCoach Berlin, my work is based on the high standards and guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – the world’s largest association for professional coaches. In short: The ICF Code of Ethics stands for honesty, quality, professionalism, transparency and confidentiality. These form the cornerstones of my work and guarantee you a protected environment.
