(1) Below I inform you about the collection of personal data when using my website. Personal data means any data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

 

(2) When you contact me by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) will be stored by me in order to answer your questions. The data collected in this context will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary, or processing will be restricted if statutory retention obligations exist.

3. Collection of Personal Data When Visiting My Website

(1) When you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide me with information, I only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to my server. If you wish to view my website, I collect the following data, which is technically necessary for me to display my website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

(2) In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use my website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you use, through which certain information is transmitted to the party that sets the cookie (in this case, me). Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the website more user-friendly and effective overall.

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below:

– persistent cookies (see c).

4. For What Purpose Do I Process Your Data and on What Legal Basis?

I process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed. I only share your personal data with third parties if:

– you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR;

– processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR;

– processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 c) GDPR, or for reasons of public interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 e) GDPR;

– processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data, Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

5. What Sources Do I Use?
I process personal data that I receive from you as part of our contractual relationship. In addition, insofar as it is necessary for the provision of my contractual services, I process personal data that I obtain from publicly accessible sources in a permissible manner or that are lawfully transmitted to me by other third parties.
6. Who Receives My Data?
Your data will be used exclusively to process your inquiries and to provide coaching/consulting services. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent unless this is required by law.
7. Data Subject Rights

Under the respective legal requirements, you have the right:

– to obtain information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR;

– to rectification of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;

– to erasure of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR;

– to restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;

– to data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR;

– to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;

– to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.

8. Is There an Obligation to Provide Data?

Within the scope of our contractual relationship, you are only required to provide personal data that is necessary for the establishment, execution and termination of the contractual relationship or that I am legally obligated to collect. Without this data, I will generally not be able to carry out the contractual relationship.
9. Amendments to This Privacy Policy
I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to my services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
Privacy Policy is drawn up in a bilingual version (German/English). The English translation is for information purposes only. The German version shall be authoritative for the interpretation of the privacy policy and in the event of any discrepancies.
